Where is your product made?
All products are designed and made with love in the United States.
What size should I order?
We currently offer girl’s sizes 2T-8 and believe our products run true to size. For detailed measurements on a specific item, please email us, and we would be happy to provide further assistance. Detailed measurements for our original Ballet dress can be found below.
How do I care for my item?
All clothing has care labels that are specific for the item, but washing in cold water and line drying is what we always recommend for minimal shrinkage and long-lasting quality.
Is there a discount code I can use?
Keep an eye on our Instagram account or sign up to receive emails for updates regarding sales, discount codes, and new product!
Do you offer wholesale purchase?
At this time we are not offering wholesale, however feel free to shoot an email to [email protected] to be added to our wholesale waitlist.
Can I return an item?
You may return any items within 10 days of purchase, as long as it is unworn and unwashed in the original packaging. Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility. Please email us at [email protected] for further instructions before making any returns.
Where do you ship to, and how long does it take?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. Domestic orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 2-3 business days via USPS, and international orders can take up to two weeks, depending on your location. Please note that on international orders we cannot be responsible for lost or missing packages without a tracking number.
My package has not arrived yet. What do I do?
Send us an email if your package is not delivered by the estimated delivery time stated on your tracking information. If an order does not turn up within 30 days of shipment, a replacement (or reimbursement if replacement is not possible) will be sent. Orders marked as “delivered” cannot be replaced or refunded, so please be sure to enter correct shipping information when ordering.
